These terms and conditions govern your use of the Medic Temple platform. By registering for an account, you agree to be bound by these terms.
1. Services
Medic Temple provides an online platform connecting students with tutors for medical admissions preparation including UCAT, GAMSAT, Medical Interview, Dental Interview, and University Strategic Selection.
2. Accounts
You must provide accurate information when creating your account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials.
3. Payments
All payments are processed securely via Stripe. Hours purchased are non-transferable. Refund requests must be submitted through the Help Centre.
4. Conduct
All communication must remain on the platform. Sharing personal contact information is prohibited for safeguarding reasons.
5. Liability
Medic Temple acts as a platform connecting students and tutors. We are not liable for the quality of tutoring provided but maintain standards through our review and approval processes.
